This consists of a general 12-week strength program for runners at the advanced level designed by Nell Rojas. The plan will be provided through a PDF with detailed videos hyperlinked for each exercise. This plan is for individuals that have 3+ years of strength training experience, are very confident in the weight room, and want to optimize their plan to improve their running performance.
